Best Places to elope in New York CiTY

New York City is filled with epic location to make your elopement an unforgettable experience to cherish your wedding day forever.
In my opinion the greatest thing about eloping in New York City is that there is a perfect place for everyone , whether you like epic views, a little bit of nature or architecture, there is a spot for every interest.

1. Central Park
Central Park has a ton of different locations where you can get married, whether its just the two of you or up to 30 of your closest friends and family.
It also has many opportunities to get beautiful pictures taken. you can hold your ceremony at the bridge by the Bethesda Terrace, you can tie the knot by the water and maybe even take a boat ride as newly weds.
There are multiple gazebos where you can find shelter if it unexpectedly starts to rain or you can get beautiful views of the city by standing on one of the huge rocks.

2. New York public library
Not only is the NYC public library the perfect place top elope for couples that love reading, it is also beautiful to look at. The old architecture reminds of a greek or roman architectural style and is a great backdrop for pictures. Behind the library you will find a beautiful restaurant where you can either go as a couple or invite your guests.

3. Brooklyn bridge
The Brooklyn bridge does not only have beautiful architecture, it also provides beautiful views on the Hudson River and even the Statue of Liberty in very small. From the Brooklyn side of the bridge you will get a great view of Manhattan and the tall buildings of the financial district.
For a Brooklyn bridge elopement I highly recommend a sunrise ceremony since the later it gets, the busier and crowded the bridge becomes.

4. Dumbo
Dumbo is the area under the Brooklyn bridge with a beautiful waterfront to the Hudson River with a view of the city. The brick building has great cafes, restaurants and beautiful backdrops for your ceremony and pictures as well. You will have a view of the Brooklyn bridge and the Manhattan bridge at once.

5. Grand centtral station

The Grand central station is a great place for rainy or super cold and snowy elopements in the city. Its beautiful interior provides a glamorous and luxury experience with nice cafes and restaurants as well as beautiful backdrops for timeless luxury images.
Its a place where you can feel like a princess on your wedding day without spending thousands of dollars for renting a ballroom.

6. Top of the Rock
Top of the Rock is one of the most iconic locations to get married, you can say your vows by enjoying epic views of the city, with the empire state building on one side and Central Park on the other side. All the way on the top, you will not only feel like you are on top of the rock, you will feel like you are on top of the world.
